When you leave, please report to reception to return the key.

To connect to the Internet, use the network "WEISSHORN" and the password "weiss1944".
Hot water for tea or coffee is available at reception until 6:30 p.m. After that, a limited amount is available for self-collection at reception.
If you need a restaurant or taxi reservation, you can contact the reception until 18:30.
If you are interested in one of the souvenirs in our display cases, please feel free to contact reception from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Smoking and any kind of fire is strictly prohibited.
When you leave the hotel, please take your night key with you. This is located in the box next to reception for each room.
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to respect the quiet hours in the hotel from 10 p.m.
In urgent cases, you can contact the hotel staff via the telephone at reception.

Village and hiking maps for Zermatt can be found next to the reception.
There you will also find the emergency numbers for the ambulance, police and fire department, as well as a list of on-call doctors.
Current events in and around the village are also listed in the reception area.
To the right of the reception you will find the timetables for all trains and gondolas.
Please note that smoking and fire bans may apply in Zermatt during warm periods. These are indicated by signs in the village.
